No More Excuses! Its Time to Get Moving!

I was speaking to my dear friend Bernadette a few weeks ago and she reminded me that in October 2009 I created Journey to my Better Self at her party. The amazing Tawni Gomes was in Chicago getting ready to run her 100th race. Bernadette hosted a pre-marathon party with women who were committed to taking their health to the next level and I was among them. And then I said, “Hey why don’t we take a 6 month journey to our better self. That little seed caused the launch of the mastermind group and website 8 months later. It has been an amazing journey and Tawni has been there cheering me on and motivating the listeners.

This Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 7p Central Tawni Gomes (www.nomoreexcuses.net) shares about her amazing journey of discovering her healthier self by declaring no more excuses! She is a true testament of someone who did not give up and kept going until she reached her goal. Now she has gone beyond that to inspire hundreds of women across the country. She was featured on Bob Greene’s book, on The Oprah Show and is a true success story. She lost 150 pounds by running marathons and triathlons and she is healthier now than she has ever been.
